Somebody gifted this product to me and the flashlight was not working, I called the Trusbasket customer support and they replaced the product within a week at no additional costs. The new product works completely well as described but using solar the battery only charges upto 90%, which is good enough because it can full charge my phone thrice. weights about 1.5 kg can not be carried in pockets but good enough for bags.

Charging is extremely slow. Don’t recommend it. Bought it thinking it will be helpful during hiking but the regular charge of phones take painful hours and not recommended at all. Pathetic product

The product is received looks different from the item shown on the web site. Amazon should take strict action on vendors selling poor quality item. The MRP written on the product is Rs. 14,999/-. And the item is received is not even worth of Rs. 1000/-. It is taking ages to charge my mobile phone. Not at all recommend for trekking purpose.

Sharing this review post 10 days of extensive usage. The product is exactly as described. All three sockets – two USB and one C type work perfectly. Have been charging through both solar and normal charger the effectiveness is same.
Good substitute for a normal power bank. Very useful during travel and hiking.

If you are buying it for solar charging option, avoid buying. Didn’t charge to full even after 5 days of pure sunlight. Charges to full only on electricity, for which there are many cheaper and better options out there.
