The emergency blanket is a staple of any IFAK or EDC kit, and this one is just too good. It folds up into a pack that’s smaller than your wallet and takes up next to no space in your kit, but when you need it, it opens into a full sized blanket that keeps out the cold and serves its function fully. Reusable, all you need to do is fold it back into its small size, put it away, and it’s there when you need it again.

Trust me, i had gone to Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir with family. We got stuck in a local temple and had to spend night there. Fortunately we had this blanket and trust me, this conserves total body heat and is effective in near sub-zero conditions also. Only issue is it produces plastic sound and difficult to reuse but for its purpose,it’s a quality life saving blanket, excellent value for money.
