I wasn’t sure when I purchased this if I would love this for the money. But boy do I ever!!! This has become such a part of my life I didn’t realize how much it had impacted my life until I went on vacation. The sunset feature helps me go to sleep so fast (from a person that has trouble falling asleep )and the softness of the wake up feature is truly amazing. It has effected my routine and helped me get a schedule of waking up at the same time.

Have big problems connecting the Hatch to the internet. It doesn’t work without an internet connection. I tried to get it returned or exchanged but they say that I cannot do it because I am not living in the USA. So I don’t recommend anybody who lives outside of the USA to buy it.

I’ve had my eye on this alarm clock for a while I really wanted the updated version Hatch restore 2 but just didn’t want to justify that price. When I saw the restore at its lowest price I jumped for it. I really struggle with getting off to sleep and waking up I now put the red light And have relaxing 30mins sounds that helps me get to sleep and in the mornings I’m waking up when it sets off I’m hoping if I stick to that evening and mornings will get Easier had no issues connecting it connects with WiFi so many options on its app. Very pleased with it.

*UPDATE* I received an email from Hatch letting me know they were replacing my original malfunctioning Hatch Restore with a Hatch Restore 2. Less than a week later it was delivered. So far it has worked flawlessly and it is everything I wanted and more. Fingers crossed it continues to work. The fact that they acknowledged that the original product was subpar and replaced it with an upgraded version is huge for me. I am beyond happy with the product and especially the A+ customer service.
*PRIOR REVIEW* I’ve had my hatch for about five months now and if it worked the way it should I would absolutely love it and it would be worth every penny. However, it constantly malfunctions and considering I paid $120 plus the $50ish? In subscription fees, this is completely unacceptable. There has been several times where I’ve set an alarm and it randomly disables it so I always have to make sure I have a back up alarm set on my phone. Half the time I press the button to start my wind down routine it doesn’t work at all so I try to start it from the app and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and I have to unplug it and plug it back in multiple times to get it to work. I have 3 steps to my wind down routine and sometimes it’ll just randomly stop working in the middle and again I have to unplug and replug it in multiple times to get it to work. Again, at such a high price point they really need to get their you know what together and work out the bugs and start producing a better product. I bought this to help me relax and sleep better and the anger and frustration I feel when I’m trying to use it has the exact opposite effect.

Ordered on the 4th January, finally arrived on the 31st January, despite being told it was delivered 8 days prior. Complete with a charging plug that can’t be used in Europe (Ireland). When contacted terrible customer service. Buy this product elsewhere.
