Sleek, ergonomic design but sturdy and safe at the same time. The setup process through the app is simple and straightforward. I would recommend getting an Atomberg rep to do the installation. The response time is fast and technicians are well trained and efficient. One improvement area is the backplate setup. It’s a screwed plate instead of a slider, which makes changing batteries a little cumbersome. But that is in no way a show-stopper. Highly recommended !

Timely delivery, timely installation. Once installed, convenience of lock operations and the premium look that it brought to the door made my family happy. Even the app was very convenient and simple to use. I recommend this strongly. I did not see any use of dead bolt as many reviewers spoke about on youtube. This lock has auto lock with no dead bolt which was perfectly fine for me. Every door in India is generally fitted metal latches anyway. Those latches can provide additional safety just like a dead bolt. Therefore, no point in spending more money on a lock with dead bolt. Go for this.
